Accidents and Emergencies

From time to time, everybody experiences an unfortunate spillage or accident inside their vehicle.  At The Valet Centre, we are prepared for such instances and carry the correct products to cleanse and decontaminate the affected area.  If you do happen to experience any spillage of any kind, immediately telephone one of Customer Service Agents who will be able to book your car in for an immediate appraisal

• vomit (human or pet) we use a specialised decontamination kit

• Urine, faeces, blood etc

• Milk, Milkshake, Orange Juice, Ribena, Coke, Tea, Coffee etc

• Paint of all descriptions

• Diesel, petrol, fuel

• Childrens spillages, baby milk, felt pen, crayon!!

Our products are specifically designed to deal with these mishaps, and our fully trained technical staff are capable of advising you of which are the best products / procedures to take.  We operate strict standards when dealing with contamination and we insist that our staff follow our strict policy at all times.
